Board Members
Roles & Responsibilities

President
 - Preside at all meetings of the Directors
- Ensure that official orders and resolutions are carried out

- Co-sign all checks and promissory notes
- Coordinate annual financial review and prepare an Annual Budget  
First Vice President
- Act as president in the event of the president's absence
- Discharge such other duties as may be required by the Directors
Second Vice President
- Serve as the chair of the Architectural Control Committee(ACC)
- Act as president in the absence of both the president and First Vice President
- Exercise such other duties as may be required by the Directors
Secretary
- Maintain, secure, and protect any and all Association records,  including current homeowners and addresses
- Record the votes, keep the minutes of all meetings and Director proceedings and serve notice of meetings
- Communicate significant actions by the Directors to the membership
- Perform such other duties as required buy the Directors
Treasurer
- Receive, deposit, and disburse all finances of the Association
- Join the president or designed in signing all checks and promissory notes
- Keep proper books of accounts
- Provide the Association books for annual audit
- Prepare a financial statement to be presented to the membership at it's regular monthly and annual meetings
- Execute duties in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles and Florida Statute
