Annual Dues

100% of the Annual Dues paid goes toward maintaining the neighborhood for the following; road repair and repaving, street lights, electricity at the pavilion, running the fountain, cutting the grass around the lake and pavilion, trimming trees, and cleaning out the rock culvert drainage. There are also costs involved with the monthly meetings, communications, website, annual election, etc.

 

Payments are due on January 1 of every year. As of 5/6/2025, the amount due for 2026 is $210, but this amount is subject to change.

 

If  the dues are not paid by January 31, there is an additional late fee of $5, each month until they are paid.
