An interest has been mentioned at our monthly board meetings to look into solar street lights to help reduce the cost of our monthly electric bill. If you are interested, please sign this form

 Planning on painting your house, replacing the roof, windows, garage door, etc?? You must get approval first by the HOA Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Click HERE  for more information and the request form

  • My Safe FL Home 2.0, is a grant program that reimburses you for replacing your roof, windows, or doors. Get more information on their website

  • Waste Pro trash & recycling pickup day is Wednesday

  • If you don't have Waste Pro, you can take your trash & recycling to Leon County Waste Management at 7550 Apalachee Parkway, their hours are M-F, 8:00-5:00

  • If  a light is out on your street, you can submit a ticket with the City of Tallahassee utilities on the Digitally app​

  • You can reserve the pavilion for parties and it's free. Click HERE to check the calendar and make your reservation. Remember to clean up all your trash and take it with you. 

  • The City of Tallahassee has a loan program to replace major appliances like an A/C unit and the pay back terms are for 5 years, 5% interest. Click HERE for more information
